My name is Dr. Jessica Robbins, founder of Ocean Blvd. Insights, LLC. I am a school principal, Trust-Centered Leadership researcher, and Marriage and Family Therapist Intern dedicated to helping educators, leaders, and individuals build trust through reflection and create transformation through action.

I earned my Doctorate in Executive Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where my 2025 action research explored how trust is intentionally built and sustained within schools. Grounded in Brené Brown's BRAVING framework, my research identified the leadership behaviors and organizational systems that strengthen trust, psychological safety, collaboration, and school culture.

At Ocean Blvd. Insights, LLC, I provide research-informed professional learning, leadership coaching, and counseling designed to build trust, strengthen leadership, and create lasting transformation. Whether partnering with school leaders, educators, organizations, or individuals, I integrate evidence-based practice, reflective learning, and intentional action to help people strengthen trust from the inside out.

My signature professional learning course, Trust-Centered Systems Leadership: Building Faculty Trust Through Action, is a 45-hour Nevada Department of Education-approved professional learning course (Look for Ocean Blvd. Insights, LLC, in early July 2026) that equips educators and school leaders with practical, research-based strategies to strengthen faculty trust, cultivate positive school culture, and enhance leadership effectiveness. The course and accompanying Faculty Trust Playbook are grounded in my doctoral research and translate evidence into actionable leadership practices. I invite you to explore both the course and my dissertation to learn more about the research, methodology, and findings that serve as the foundation for this work.

Through counseling and coaching, I help individuals strengthen self-trust, establish healthy boundaries, navigate personal and leadership challenges, and reconnect with their voice, purpose, and resilience. Through professional learning, I partner with schools and organizations to build trust-centered leadership practices grounded in research, reflection, and continuous improvement.

Explore my signature course, Trust-Centered Systems Leadership: Building Faculty Trust Through Action, a research-informed, 45-hour Nevada Department of Education (NDE) approved professional learning course designed for educators and school leaders committed to building stronger schools through trust-centered leadership.

This course is approved for Nevada educator license renewal and may also be used by eligible Clark County School District (CCSD) administrators toward Professional Growth System (PGS) Domain 9 salary advancement from H to I and I to J, in accordance with CCSD requirements.

Grounded in my doctoral action research, the course translates evidence into practical leadership strategies that strengthen faculty trust, foster psychological safety, enhance school culture, and improve leadership effectiveness. Participants also receive the Faculty Trust Playbook, providing practical tools and reflective resources to support implementation.

Through reflection, intentional action, and evidence-informed practice, educators and organizations can build stronger relationships, cultivate healthier cultures, and create meaningful, lasting transformation.
