My name is Dr. Jessica Robbins, and I am an action researcher who earned a Doctorate in Executive Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). In 2025, I conducted an action research study examining faculty trust in principals, with a specific focus on how female principals in Title I schools cultivate and strengthen trust with their faculty in the post–COVID-19 era. Using Brené Brown’s BRAVING framework as my analytical lens, I identified specific leadership behaviors that intentionally build and sustain trust within school communities.
